Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care, including administering medications and performing treatments and procedures, and other desired services, in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan. Works closely with the RN Clinical Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to manage the day-to-day functions.

Requirements

Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
Be proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
Committed to resident centered care.
Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing, maintain positive working relationships with patients and their families, peers, and other health care professionals.
Ability to pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
