About The Position
Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a full-time, non-clinical care coordination role supporting a structured medical readiness and compliance program. This position focuses on documentation review, readiness tracking, and case management support in an on-site environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- Case management or care coordination experience strongly preferred
- Strong documentation and administrative discipline
- Ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven environments
Nice To Haves
- Prior government, military, or readiness experience is a plus but not req.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track medical readiness and case activity
- Review medical records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support mobilization and medical readiness events
- Track referrals, follow-ups, and case activity
- Travel periodically to assigned program locations (as required)
