Experienced Registered Nurse ( RN ) Neuro ICU
About The Position
MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and we are looking for RNs with experience and passion to care for patients in the Neuro Critical Care Unit (NCCU). Unit Highlights 15 Neuro Critical Care beds in a 42-bed critical care unit Newly-awarded Comprehensive Stroke Designation Caring for neurological illness, traumas and stroke patients Opportunity for cross training in comprehensive ICU Excellent leadership with flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Requirements
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
