About The Position

We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rapid Assessment Unit . This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to float across units based on patient care needs.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact License
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes
• Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
• Float to appropriate units based on competency and facility needs
