Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS certification
- A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive patient data
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers
- Evaluate and document patient progress with care and precision
