Requirements
- Acute care experience required (recent LTAC-only experience not accepted)
- Active Florida RN license OR Active Compact RN license (FL license required within 90 days if relocating)
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse Med-Surg patient population
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
