As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care. Edgewood Mandan at Lakewood is a 67-bed Independent, Assisted Living, & Memory Care community.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
• Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired

Responsibilities

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
