About The Position
As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care. About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Dominion is a 94-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
Responsibilities
- Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
- Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
- Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
- Assess current and prospective residents
- Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
