About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license (required)
• Open to recent graduates and candidates with less than one year of LTC or skilled nursing experience
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles, pharmacology, and the aging process
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments, including admissions, quarterly reviews, and care planning
• Support Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in shift reports and coordinate communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide limited supervision and guidance to nursing staff and assist with ADLs as needed
• Conduct in-service training and contribute to staff development initiatives
• Apply AMS (performance improvement) methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance
