Requirements

Unencumbered RN license to practice in state of Georgia.
Experience working psychiatric/addiction is preferred.
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Completes medical screening and/or assessment of new clients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures.
Monitors medication process for all patients, supervising self-administration process.
Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
Provides on-going consumer education (group and individual) regarding medications.
Meets quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and is responsive to feedback.
