About The Position

Per Diem Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) – Westchester County $55/hour $125 per visit Are you an experienced RN infusion nurse who thrives in a one-on-one setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care? As an Affirmed Infusion RN, you’ll bring advanced nursing skills directly into the home, providing clients with the comfort, safety, and convenience of high-quality infusion therapy. Infusion experience and strong acute care backgrounds—ICU, ED, Med-Surg—are especially valuable and highly preferred. Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent RN acute care experience (ICU/ED experience strongly preferred)
- Prior infusion experience (IV therapy, PICC/Port care) strongly preferred
- Active NYS RN license and BLS certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Responsibilities
- IV infusions (e.g., antibiotics, hydration, biologics)
- PICC line and port care
- Catheter maintenance and dressing changes
- Patient assessment and teaching
- Ongoing monitoring and documentation
