About The Position

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC / IICU / Surgical Stepdown for a high-acuity progressive care unit. This role supports adult trauma, medical, surgical, and neurological patients requiring frequent monitoring and advanced interventions.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina or Multistate RN License (Pending licenses not accepted)
• 2+ years of RN experience
• At least 1 completed travel assignment required
• Previous ICU / IICU experience required (acuity minimum 1:3)
• First-time travelers accepted with 3+ years specialty experience
• Critical care experience required
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• EPIC experience required (1+ year)

Responsibilities

• Frequent monitoring and interventions every 1–2 hours
• Direct admissions, ICU transfers, and Rapid Response escalations
• Critical Care & Monitoring
• Cardiac monitoring and telemetry
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Emergency response and rapid stabilization
• ICU / IICU-level patient care
• Titration of cardiac drips
• Titration of vasoactive drips
• Ventilator management
