Requirements

• High school education (required)
• Active, unencumbered Connecticut RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a senior living environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care across shifts
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, ensuring continuity and adherence to standards
• Address operational or clinical issues in real time to maintain smooth facility operations
• Engage with residents and staff while upholding the organization’s values, excellence, and integrity
