Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing. Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required. For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred. ACLS, BLS, and PALS required. CONTINUING EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Position requires RN to be familiar with hospital and department policies and procedures, accepted methods of requisitioning ancillary department service work, and familiarity with the medial staff. This knowledge is normally acquired through 1-3 months of orientation time. Must maintain current nursing knowledge and BLS certification and required CEU’s for relicensure.
