Department/Unit Summary The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care across various units within the hospital. This position supports multiple clinical areas and is responsible for delivering nursing care based on established clinical practices and nursing standards. The RN Float Pool adapts quickly to new environments and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes How you’ll contribute You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license
  • Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • ASLS certification preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred
