Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in North Adams, MA. Assignment: Nights, 12hr nights 7p-7.30a or 3p-3.30p - MUST be available to work either shift as needed 36hr gt Start Date: 4/6/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: North Adams, MA Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed Travel Policy: SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FACILITY. Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Perform nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs Adhere to infection control and safety standards Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

  • 2 years of current Emergency Department experience [required]
  • Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
  • An active Trauma Nursing Core Course TNCC is required
  • An active American Heart Association PALS is required
  • Permanent address must be included in the profile
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Dysrhythmia course completion is strongly required
  • Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
