About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
At least 1 year of ER travel experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Strong skills in IV insertion, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring
Ability to pass pharmacology and basic arrhythmia exams
Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications
De-escalation training/certification

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient documentation
Perform ongoing patient assessments (physical, psychological, and social)
Develop and communicate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Function effectively in a charge nurse role when required
Utilize computerized nursing and documentation systems
Provide guidance, education, and support to staff and ancillary personnel
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care evaluations
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
