About The Position

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Emergency Department (ED). Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment with complex acuities. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) based on the patient population in the specialty area worked
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) based on the patient population in the specialty area worked
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) based on the patient population in the specialty area worked

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing
  • Critical Care Nursing experience
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
