About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / ICU for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Completion of pharmacology and basic arrhythmia competencies
- Prior Critical Care / ICU experience
- Strong English communication skills
Nice To Haves
- BSN, CCRN, TCAR
- De-escalation certification
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and ICP monitoring
Responsibilities
- Deliver and document comprehensive ICU patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as charge nurse when assigned
- Utilize EHR and nursing informatics systems
- Support staff education, quality improvement, and patient outcomes
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
