About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in our 12-bed Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• BLS
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
