Apply today to join the Banner Health leadership team. Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Service Manager Home Health to lead our growing Home Health division. This leadership role requires a minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory capacity with strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will bring regulatory knowledge including Medicare/Medicaid regulations, OASIS documentation and assessment, and state home health licensing requirements. While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with Case Manager Certification, wound care or ostomy certification (CWCN, WOCN), experience with Homecare Homebase EMR, Quality Improvement background, and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop clinical staff. Understanding of reimbursement models and documentation requirements is essential. As a RN Clinical Service Manager Home Health, you will oversee a diverse multidisciplinary team including PT/PTA, OT/COTA, RN/LPN, HHA, and ST staff members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass supervising and supporting clinical staff, reviewing documentation, triaging patient phone calls, and serving as a clinical resource for complex cases and escalated issues. You'll lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, drive key metrics, and manage all aspects of staff development including hiring, interviewing, onboarding, education, and performance evaluations. Additionally, you'll optimize EMR workflows, oversee staffing levels, capacity and productivity metrics, and skillfully de-escalate patient and staff concerns.
