About The Position

NurseCore is seeking a Clinical Director RN for our Las Vegas home care office. Pediatric experience is highly preferred. This role oversees clinical services for adult and pediatric home health patients, leads the clinical team, and works closely with office staff to ensure high-quality, compliant care while supporting day-to-day clinical operations.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• Management experience within the past 3 years, including hiring and termination responsibilities.
• Knowledge of home health regulations.
• Ventilator and trach experience required.
• Familiarity with insurance authorization and reimbursement for home care services.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Infusion skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process home care referrals with the office team.
• Supervise client care, including assessments, care plans, recertifications, coordination of services, discharge planning, and evaluations.
• Document and resolve complaints.
• Oversee Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA in-service and competency requirements.
• Conduct quarterly clinical reviews and team meetings to maintain quality and compliance.
• Complete supervisory, recertification, and other required home visits.
• Partner with the recruiter to interview and hire clinical team members to support team growth.
• Handle terminations as needed.
• Promote and model company values and initiatives.
