Located just 125 miles north of Minneapolis, these vibrant cities are at the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, a premier vacation destination in the state This RN Clinic Supervisor will oversee our Baxter Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Elder Care departments.

Requirements

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
• 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Development : Oversee staffing needs while developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to enhance departmental performance.
• Policy & Budget Input : Collaborate with leadership to provide valuable insights on policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Nursing Leadership : Take charge of direct nursing leadership, fostering staff development, promoting exceptional patient care, and advocating for patient needs.
• Clinical Duties : Utilize your nursing expertise to assess patient health, respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that empower patients and families in self-management.
• Quality Improvement : Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care and service across all areas.
