Marvella is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse / RN to join our team serving our Memory Care as an RN Case Manager. Experience (2+ years) working with individuals with dementia strongly preferred. This position is Monday - Friday, typically day business hours, with potential for some required on call weekends. As part of a master-planned community offering senior housing, retail/commercial businesses, and market rate apartments, Marvella is centrally located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul providing easy access to retail shops and dining while still close to nature with beautiful views of the Mississippi river. Requirements

Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a senior living, memory care setting.
Passion for working with and supporting a senior population with various stages of dementia.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Current CPR certification.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Experience (2+ years) working with individuals with dementia strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse/RN Case Manager is responsible for using empathy and compassion to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
This position will function as a RN Case Manager in Marvella's memory care setting, The Arbor.
