About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures and be comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Scrub and Circulate experience (Mandatory)
• Experience working specifically in a Cardiovascular Operating Room
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR

• Prior travel experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures as a scrub and circulating nurse
• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment
• Monitor patients during surgery and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
• Handle surgical instruments and equipment specific to CVOR procedures
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
• Float to other units as required
