Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation Supervisor/Coordinator, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual and group exercise and education programs for medically referred patients. Assists the patient in achieving optimum rehabilitation from and secondary prevention of coronary disease. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
