We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Primary Care team in Yorktown, IN. This is an onsite, office-based role located at 1420 S Pilgrim Blvd, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements. The RN will focus exclusively on phone triage, handling approximately 80–100 patient calls per day to provide clinical guidance and coordinate care. No travel is required for this position.

Requirements

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
