We have an exciting position with our Primary Care Southgate office! This facility is located in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, day shift, role with core hours being Monday -Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who likes a challenging environment with a positive opportunity to educate patients! This position will work closely with the Manager and work as a POD leader for process improvement and workflow efficiency. Bi-Lingual preferred. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am -5:15 pm No weekends! No Holidays!

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
  • Bi-Lingual preferred
