Riley Physicians Arlington is a friendly fast-paced clinic that revolves around a teamwork environment and provides excellent care to all patients. This position serves as a nurse team specialist in the coordination of care for children with medical complexity (CMC) or adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities at an appropriate intensity to accommodate each family’s strengths and needs. Minimum Experience: 1 or more years of clinical experience required. Experience with pediatric patients with complex medical conditions and/or adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred. This is a part-time, day shift position at 32 hours weekly.

Requirements

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum Experience: 1 or more years of clinical experience required.
