How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate holistic patient care journeys by collaborating with various medical disciplines to ensure every child receives a seamless and well-integrated treatment plan. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to provide direct, high-quality care that aligns with the highest safety and clinical standards. Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team, ensuring proactive adjustments to care plans for optimal recovery. Empower families and patients by leading discharge planning and education, ensuring a smooth and confident transition from hospital to home.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
