About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional who
demonstrates a strong understanding of the nursing process as the foundation of
high-quality patient care. In this role, you will deliver holistic,
family-centered care by effectively collecting, verifying, and organizing
patient health information to guide clinical decisions.

Requirements

• Graduate of professional school of nursing.
• Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required
• PEDS TRACK: Requires NRP, STABLE, and PALS certification within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers.
• Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations.
• Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.
• SOS call, Holiday rotation as assigned, Education Quadrant, participation in the Five-Year plan as determined by Unit Council annually.

Nice To Haves

• After two years experience the following certifications are strongly encouraged: Pediatric, Lactation
