About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Nights) in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, you'll be an integral part of our commitment to delivering advanced and compassionate care to our young patients and their families. Position Highlights: Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for qualified candidates! Shift Schedule: Full-Time (36hrs weekly), 3 (12hr) shifts weekly, alternates weekends Night Shift: 7pm – 7am Department: Pediatric ICU Unit Location: Brenner Children’s Hospital, AHWFB, Winston-Salem, NC What We Offer: Generous PTO: Accrue up to 200 hours/year, to be used for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters. Requirements

Graduation from accredited School of Nursing
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines

Responsibilities

Patient/Family Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and their families at the center of every decision.
