Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
- Ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent patient care and education
- Strong communication skills and adherence to confidentiality standards
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical competency
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a diverse healthcare environment

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients using telemetry and provide advanced cardiac care
- Deliver care for chest pain patients, including expedited testing and follow-up
- Provide post-procedural care for moderate to low-acuity patients
- Implement patient-centered, goal-oriented care plans focused on rapid recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including procedural departments and care management
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, throughput efficiency, and satisfaction
