Registered Nurse Pain Management- PRN, Days Status: PRN Shift: First Job Summary: A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care. Responsibilities: Assesses patient clinical status. Develops a plan of care. Implementation of the nursing plan of care. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the care plan. Communication and validation of patient care information. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Active Kentucky RN License.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Pre-Op/PACU experience and/or conscious sedation experience preferred.
