Requirements

Nursing Diploma – Required
Associate’s Degree in Nursing – Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse – Required
RN (Registered Nurse) – Required upon hire
BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) – Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hire
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hire
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Preferred
