Requirements

  • Active and unencumbered RN license (compact preferred).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Public Health or Clinical Informatics preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in implementation, project-based initiatives, or clinical workflow transformation.
  • Experience managing direct reports and driving team adoption of new technologies and workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements and operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, business tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, PDSA, CQI).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a focus on driving outcomes and maintaining high standards.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change management, and remote work coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Leading clinical implementation efforts for new technologies, workflows, and digital health tools, collaborating closely with operations, product, and engineering teams.
  • Managing daily operations of direct reports, including staffing, performance monitoring, escalation resolution, and operational consistency.
  • Driving adoption of new tools and workflows through change management, training, and post-implementation feedback.
  • Standardizing processes, assessing current versus future-state workflows, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform operational decisions, optimize performance, and identify trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align implementation efforts with organizational goals.
  • Mentoring, training, and supporting team members to achieve operational and clinical objectives.
  • Promoting member-centered care through effective clinical guidance, support, and education.
