Schedule includes Monday-Saturday, 10:50a-7:20p FLEX with Call. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday on-call schedule includes 24-hr coverage. As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed. Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Current O.R. experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
- Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
- BLS required.
Nice To Haves
- Proven leadership experience
- Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation.
- CNOR Certification.
- BSN preferred
