About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Oncology team. This role is ideal for RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered cancer care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• 1+ year of recent nursing experience (acute care preferred; LTAC considered)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and disease processes
• Manage clinical situations with strong critical-thinking and autonomy
