Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a workplace or clinic-based setting

- Minimum of 2 years of occupational health nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care, stabilization, and minor first aid for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Deliver nursing care for both occupational and non-occupational health concerns
- Conduct post-offer health assessments for new hires
- Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee health records and medical information
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives as assigned
