About The Position

IU Health is seeking expert Registered Nurses to join their OBGYN Ambulatory Clinic. In the OBGYN Ambulatory Clinic, RNs will provide compassionate, specialized care to women across all stages of life within a supportive outpatient setting. Key aspects of the role include partnering closely with providers to deliver prenatal care, patient education, and clinical support, as well as building meaningful, long-term patient relationships. This position is ideal for RNs seeking purposeful work, clinical variety, and the stability of an ambulatory schedule. Both part-time and full-time roles are available and eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions: candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO))
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may be required)
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
