About The Position

The pediatric registered nurse provides care to infants, children, and adolescents. The pediatric nurse is responsible to assess, plan and provide nursing care for children who are suffering from a wide variety of conditions including diseases, illnesses, and recovery from procedures. This position is going to be part time registered nurse and part time educator.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
• RN license active in the state of Missouri
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days
• Must obtain PALS within one year of hire
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
• Exhibits valuable time management skills
• Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Previous nursing experience
