Registered Nurse - MSICU

TriHealthCincinnati, OH
Onsite

About The Position

Step into 7AB MSICU, where every shift puts you at the heart of life‑saving, high‑intensity care. This is where open‑heart recoveries begin, where the sickest surgical and medical patients stabilize, and where nurses become experts in managing ventilators, continuous dialysis, balloon pumps, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring. In this fast‑paced 24‑bed ICU, you’ll work alongside a team that thrives on complexity, coordination, and compassion. Every day brings new challenges — sepsis, respiratory failure, post‑op complications — and every day, your skill makes the difference. Supported by a strong orientation program, critical‑care education, and a collaborative culture, the MSICU is a place where nurses grow fast, think sharply, and provide care that truly changes outcomes. If you’re ready to elevate your practice, this is where your impact begins.
