About The Position
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg B2 Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation
- Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
Nice To Haves

- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
