A medical facility located near Hartsville, South Carolina is seeking Med Surg Registered Nurses to join their team! Requirements
- Valid South Carolina or Compact (Multi-State) RN License
- BLS Certification
- Open to new grads
Responsibilities
- Delivers age-appropriate, individualized nursing care based on thorough patient assessments.
- Implements physician-ordered interventions, conducts hourly rounds, and ensures a compassionate and safe environment.
- Adheres to clinical standards for specialized care tasks, contributes as a charge nurse when needed, and supports team performance by mentoring new staff.
