How you’ll make an impact in this role Patient-Centered Care Leadership: Lead individualized care journeys by designing and monitoring plans that prioritize clinical excellence and personal dignity, ensuring interventions meet each patient's unique needs. Interdisciplinary Coordination & Advocacy: Serve as the central communication hub across medical disciplines to ensure a unified care team, while proactively advocating for patient safety through precise assessments and documentation. Clinical Execution & Physician Partnership: Execute complex treatment strategies and life-saving interventions with precision, acting as a high-level partner to physicians in delivering daily clinical support. Discharge Planning & Empowerment: Lead comprehensive transition planning to empower patients and families, providing the necessary tools and confidence for continued recovery and holistic health after discharge.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
