About The Position

Saint Luke’s Community Hospital in Leawood is seeking a n experienced Med Surg Intermediate Registered Nurse to join their team. As a n RN on this team, you will have the opportunity to triage and perform ongoing assessments and provide direct patient care to a variety of acuity levels and conditions . In this environment you will be the lead RN in the department. Shift Details: Full Time Days 3 years of acute care RN experience preferred Responsibilities : Perform s primary nursing functions of assessing, planning, directing, performing and evaluating patient care in the Inpatient/Telemetry Unit Serv es as a professional role model by collaborating with clinical and front office staff, administration and other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care is delivered to optimal patient outcomes We are seeking patient centered, self-driven, and motivated nurses who are committed to providing exceptional patient care. Requirements

  • Applicable Experience: 2 years
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
  • Associate Degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of acute care RN experience preferred
