Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Nebraska)
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
• Working knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
• Commitment to quality care and accountability

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
• Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.)
• Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
