This Registered Nurse position, within Nursing Management, involves applying the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including education and continuum of care planning. The role requires effective communication with the healthcare team, collaboration in establishing patient goals, and evaluation of progress to ensure effective outcomes. Professional growth is encouraged through learning activities aligned with Board of Nursing standards. The Interventional Radiology department utilizes minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for diagnosing and treating various conditions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved discipline program
• 1 year RN experience
• Active RN license

• At least one year of ICU or ED experience

Responsibilities

• Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes.
