Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 4 years)
- Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 90 days)
- Certifications: BLS required upon hire

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care in a 45-bed inpatient surgical unit

- Maintain a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio while ensuring safe, efficient care
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care
