Requirements

  • A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of practice
  • At least 2 years of adventure in a Skilled Nursing Community
  • 1-2 years of supervising and managing direct reports
  • Knowledge of Health Department regulations, including annual Federal and State Health Department surveys, PPS, MDS, and OBRA requirements
  • Ability to wrangle Microsoft Office, Windows, and other software programs relevant to the job
  • Must be fluent in English
  • The ability to make everyone feel like a VIP
  • Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally/20 pounds frequently
  • Master of the sit-stand-bend combo
  • Impervious to interruptions
  • A natural at mingling with donors, families, volunteers, residents, and staff
  • Frequent interactions with stakeholders, applicants, hiring managers, developers, consultants, and brokers
