Requirements

A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of practice
At least 2 years of adventure in a Skilled Nursing Community
1-2 years of supervising and managing direct reports
Knowledge of Health Department regulations, including annual Federal and State Health Department surveys, PPS, MDS, and OBRA requirements
Ability to wrangle Microsoft Office, Windows, and other software programs relevant to the job
Must be fluent in English
The ability to make everyone feel like a VIP
Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally/20 pounds frequently
Master of the sit-stand-bend combo
Impervious to interruptions
A natural at mingling with donors, families, volunteers, residents, and staff
Frequent interactions with stakeholders, applicants, hiring managers, developers, consultants, and brokers
